Our journey began in 2019 when we were on one of our regular antique shop browsing trips and came across a beautiful antique deckchair. Made of teak and in the old fashioned ‘sling’ style it really spoke to us. When we got it home, we were astonished at how supremely comfortable and well-made it was with ergonomic lines and curved legs. Wanting to find out more, we began a long road of research that would ultimately bring us to designing and making bespoke items.
